By using CastSync, you agree to the following terms.
CastSync is a tool for managing dance auditions and casting. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You own the data you submit to CastSync. By submitting data, you grant CastSync a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We aim to keep CastSync running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CastSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
